We had lots of fun doing this to open the Alternative Miss Ireland in 2010. I think we had each had more than a cocktail or two before we went on stage!
Fan Tan Fannie
It’s very hard to recreate a performance created for a larger stage on a smaller stage. That’s why, most of the time, performances we create for the Alternative Miss Ireland don’t get another outing. Considering the effort, that’s a bit of a drag. Here’s one attempt to do that. It’s Fan Tan Fannie from the musical The Flower Drum Song, which we originally performed at The Olympia in 2008, onstage at The George. Squishy Fanny, Fanny, Fanny!
