KLM are tapping in to social media to create journey’s of inspiration. When you fly transatlantic with the world’s oldest airline (that still uses the same name™), you can select your seat online. But instead of choosing a seat so you can exit the plane quickly or avoid/ensure sitting next to a toilet or emergency exit, you can now scan your fellow passengers’ Facebook profiles and choose to sit next to them. Hands up if you don’t think that’s creepy?
