Maybe it’s a cultural thing but this trailer for a movie from Ghana is amazeballs! It’s called 2016 and I’ve no idea what it’s about but I want to see more. I don’t care if it just continues like this for an hour without any discernible storyline, I’d still watch it all. I might need some more Ritalin but I’d watch it. via Robert Popper

Her act is part homage to Hollywood’s Golden Age and part performance art piece and once you watch a few of her acts, you’ll see that Lypsinka understands character and performance. Don’t Say Gay!
Don’t say gay! Or -as this video demonstrates- you might get bashed up by a finger-pointing, shouty little kid. Of course, this kid means it in a supportive way. As in “Stop saying ‘That’s so gay‘ when you mean ‘That’s so lame!’ because it’s offensive to gay people and it’s stupid!”. Apparently these kids made this Public Service Announcement all by themselves as part of a school project. Good work kids!
